By Sarvesh Purohit: Amid the uproar over the urination incident in Madhya Pradesh’s Sidhi, a video has surfaced where a man was seen licking the soles of another person’s feet after being forced to do so in a moving vehicle in Gwalior district, police said. Two people were arrested in connection with the incident, state Home Minister Narottam Mishra said, according to news agency PTI.

The victim and the accused were residents of Dabra town in Gwalior district, police said.

In the video, the man was repeatedly thrashed on his face and verbally abused by the accused. The victim was also seen slapped many times by another man, who forced him to say “Golu Gurjar baap hai” (Golu Gurjar is his father) in a moving car.

In another video, the victim was seen hit continuously with the accused’s footwear.

Dabra Sub Divisional Officer of Police (SDOP) Vivek Kumar Sharma said the video went viral on Friday evening and it was sent for forensic examination. Additional Superintendent of Police Rajesh Dandotia confirmed the video’s source from Dabra.

Based on the complaint of the victim’s family, a case of kidnapping and assault was registered under various provisions of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).

The shocking incident took place days after a video of a man urinating on a tribal man in the Sidhi district of Madhya Pradesh went viral, triggering massive outrage. The accused, Pravesh Shukla, was arrested on Thursday after Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan took cognizance of the video that surfaced on social media.

On July 7, two Dalit men were caught and thrashed by villagers in Shivpuri district after a few Muslim women accused them of harassment. They were thrashed, garlanded with shoes, and forced to eat dirt.
