For decades, the UFO topic has been considered taboo and a matter of never-ending debate among the people. On one side, there are those who consider this topic the most important in human history. While the other side constantly dismisses it as science fiction and even mocks the idea of alien life being real. But legislation published on Friday, July 14 of 2023 says that at least the U.S. Senate is taking this matter seriously. They published this legislation that will be part of the upcoming Defense Bill that will be presented to the President of the United States soon. This legislation is officially known as the Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena Disclosure Amendment. That seems pretty straightforward to everybody who wants to know if alien life is real.

Legislation against intelligence agencies and the private sector

Essentially, the plan of this legislation is to give the President of the United States the power to put together a 9-people panel to study all documents or material that is of non-human origin. The ones who are ordered by the Government to deliver this proof are all the Intelligence Agencies and the private sector. It is a long list of every department within the government that is suspected to have any of this in their possession. Plus, all aerospace agencies may have these materials as well. The goal is to offer full disclosure of this topic to not only the American public but the entire world.

All of these organizations will have 300 days from the moment the bill is passed to deliver all materials and it is strictly forbidden to destroy or tamper with any of it. This is the very first time that the Senate uses language such as non-human intelligence or addresses the topic in such a public manner. This legislation is completely bipartisan, meaning there will be no political debate about it. If it passes, we will officially live in a post-disclosure world. Whatever that means. Alien life could be real after all. The Senate knows something or they wouldn’t even have attempted to push this legislation.
